Navigating in the Student Success Center

General Navigation

There are three (3) main areas to the Student Success Center:

1. Dashboard page
2. Student List page
3. Student Detail pages

Bottom navigation bar - provides quick access to the different areas of the Student Success Center:

Enabling Profile Access

To get the Events and Appointment navigation menu to work you must first enable profile access:

1. Navigate to Setup and search for Custom Settings.
2. Click Manage next to TargetX Profile Settings.
3. Click New at the bottom of the window.
4. Search for a profile to grant access.
5. Check all boxes and click Save.

Notes: 

• Additional icons for accessing Events and Appointment also appear in the bottom navigation bar of the Student Success Center (SSC) if TargetX Events is also installed. 
• When the TargetX Student Success Center AND Retention CRM are installed, a new bottom-navigation bar will appear when accessing TargetX Events.

This new bottom-navigation-bar:

• Will be displayed for all users of the TargetX CRM who access TargetX Events
• Will provide a consistent bottom-navigation bar for users of the Student Success Center and TargetX Retention CRM
• Settings will only display for Users that have the Student Success Center (Admin) permission set assigned.
