Configuring Faculty Early Alert Settings

For a User to update the Faculty Early Alert Settings, they need to have the Permission Set of Faculty Early Alerts (Admin) assigned to their User.

1. Navigate to TargetX Builder.
2. Click the Faculty Early Alerts icon: 

3. Configure each of the tabs in the Faculty Early Alerts Settings window:
   • Schedule Settings defines deadlines and emails to Faculty.
   • Alerts/Kudos defines the Alerts and Kudos that the Faculty members can assign.
   • Sharing allows you to automatically share Contacts/Students to the associated Faculty member.
4. Save your changes.
