Configuring "Save and Resume" Feature in Form Assembly

Enabling "Save and Resume" on Individual Forms

  1. Navigate to FormAssembly.
  2. Click the Manage Web Forms tab.
  3. Click the form name.
  4. Click the Display Options tab.
  5. Under Optional Processing Features, check the Field for Allow respondents to save their progress and resume the form later.

Editing "Save and Resume" Global Settings

  1. Within FormAssembly, click Full Screen from the top right corner.
  2. Select the Admin tab from the top of the page.
  3. Click the Other Settings tab.
  4. Under "Save and Resume Settings," define the following:
    • Saved Response Password Strength
    • Saved Response Confirmation
    • Save Email Subject
    • Save Email Body
    • Reminder Email Subject
    • Reminder Email Body
    • Reset Password Email Subject
    • Reset Password Email Body

Note: Do not use the FormAssembly resume URL code "%%RESUME_URL%%" to auto-populate the link for the form. To redirect contacts to the form, use the following URL:

  1. When finished, scroll to the bottom of the page and click Apply.
