Use Benchmarks
Overview
In the Benchmark tab, you can view and create reports. Additionally, you can view benchmarking data about your program and students across years.
Adding a Report
- Click Add Report.
- Select the cohort and field type from the drop-downs. If necessary, click the Manage Cohorts and List Cohorts buttons to include other programs in your report.
- If your report gathers confidential data, you must select at least five programs for comparison.
- If your report does not gather confidential data, you can select one or more programs.
- Enter the report name and description.
- Click Save.
You can then view your report. If desired, you can click the menu button in the top right of the report to print or download the report.
Managing Reports
You can view, edit, and delete reports after you create them.
- To view a report, click the report name.
- To view which programs or cohorts are included in a report, click the menu icon.
- To edit a report, click the edit icon. Then, click the Modify Report panel to change any settings.
- To delete a report, click the red X.
