Performing Batch Actions

In Outcomes, you can save time by performing actions on multiple contacts simultaneously. To perform a batch action:

  1. Go to the Contacts View and select your desired filters.
  2. Click the checkbox at the top of the list of Contacts to select all contact records on the page.
  3. If the list of contacts extends past the first page, you’re presented with an option to select the entire batch. Click Select all… to include all contacts.

  4. From the top of the list, select which batch action you’d like to perform. The actions available here are dependent on your permissions in the software.

Available batch actions may include:

  • Delete: this action allows you to delete the selected contacts.
  • Merge: this action allows you to combine two contact records.
  • Export: this action allows you to export the data to a CSV or JSON file. The Default PDF and Default JSON options create a file that exports all data from the contact record. You can also select from any Custom Export you’ve already created.
