Overview

From the applications grid, you can open an application.

  1. Application Header: click Applications to return to the Applications Grid.
  2. Application Menu: use this pane to jump to different sections of the application.
    • Click the << icon to collapse the menu to allow for a larger viewing area.
    • With some browsers and monitors, this menu may be hidden. When this happens, you can lower your browser's zoom setting to reveal it.
  3. Application Summary: this section gives you a summary of key information.
  4. Application Sections: scroll to view data for each section  of the application.
  5. Application Sidebar Tabs: displays sidebars with relevant information and actions. The default tab is the Information Tab, which allows you to:
    • View and change the current phase.
    • View, add, and remove Tags
    • View completed reviews.

Viewing Other Application Tabs

Important: in ResidencyCAS, evaluation forms are attached to phases, not individual applications. When an applicant is placed into a phase and assigned to a reviewer, the reviewer can then access and complete the form. Remember, you cannot assign an application to a reviewer unless the phase has an evaluation form attached. If you’re unable to assign an evaluation, check to ensure an evaluation form has been added to the phase.

In addition to the default Information Tab noted above, you can use the:

  • Review Tab to complete any review forms. A review form appears here if the applicant is in a phase that's associated with a review.
