Technical Alert: Events Check-In iOS App now available
The v2.0.0 release of the TargetX Events Check-In iOS app is now available in the Apple app store. Additionally, we have released an updated May ‘26 Patch Events Package to support this App. This update is required to use the Events Check-In app beyond June 24, 2026. Due to the updated Salesforce security requirements for connected apps, app versions prior to v2.0.0 will not be able to connect to or sync event data with Salesforce orgs as of June 24, 2026. Premier Services clients: if you need Premier’s assistance with installing the Events May ‘26 Patch package, please open a Premier Services case.
Additionally, please remember that if you have communications that are running based on reports with over 100,000 total returned records on the report, these will no longer function after June 24 due to the Salesforce enforcement of step-up authentication. See this link for more details.
