February '22 Release Notes
This release includes enhancements for Base, Email, Events, and Engage and defect fixes for Portal, Email, Events, Engage and Online Application. For details on the benefits of upgrading, see: February '22 - Why should I upgrade?
New Features and Enhancements
Base
VERSION 2202.8
- A new setting, Enable Uploaded File Types Check, validates that any files/attachments uploaded externally via Online Application and TargetX forms are a safe file format. For more information, see Enabling Uploaded File Types Check.
VERSION 2202.0
- Users can now Filter the Email Dashboard list view by Folder:
- Folder names = Campaign Name
- By default, a folder named 'Campaign Deleted' is created and stores any broadcasts for deleted Campaigns.
- The number of items in a Folder is based on the Date Range selected.
- The number of folders in the Folder list is NOT filtered by Date Range.
Events
VERSION 2202.14
- Numerous updates to Appointment Scheduler:
- A new field to track students who did not attend their appointment has been added. For additional information, see Managing Appointment Attendance.
- During the upgrade, any past Appointments for students marked as Confirmed and Not Attended will be updated to check the new No Show checkbox.
- A New field has been added to track No Shows:

- Notes have been added to Appointment records so that users can track notes and attendance. For additional information, see: How to Confirm Attendance or Cancel an Existing Appointment.
- Students can now view and schedule appointments with their Success Team Members if this has been configured in your Org. For additional information, see: How Students Schedule Appointments and Interviews.
Engage
VERSION 2202.4
- Engage Settings have been updated to include the Preferred Name setting. For additional information, see: Engage Settings.

Portal

(CL-1549) Salesforce Files would sometimes not display in the Portal builder.

- (CL-1549) Salesforce Files would sometimes not display in the Email Template builder.
- (PD-117) When selecting Fonts in Email Template Builder, several fonts were duplicated in the list.
Events
VERSION 2202.14

(PD-3977) Inactive users are no longer available for selection when users schedule Appointments.
Engage
VERSION 2202.4
- (CL-1580) Users could not load Engage Rooms due to the error "Too many SOQL queries: 101" after completing 100+ meetings for the day.
- (CL-1583) Users could not load Engage Rooms due to the error "Number of records exceeds limit: 200."
Online Application
VERSION 2202.3
- CL-1447) Read-Only fields were not readable by Screen Readers.
- (CL-1565) Users could not use Conditional Visibility with Option Groups in the Online Application.
