June '22 Release Notes
This release includes enhancements for Base and Payment Connector and defect fixes for Group Assignment, Payment Connector, Engage, Online Application, and HEDA Toolkit. For details on the benefits of upgrading, see: June '22 - Why should I upgrade?
New Features and Enhancements
Base
VERSION 2206.11
- TX Forms is now available in TargetX Builder. This new tool includes:
- New interface for building forms.
- Ability to configure:
- Conditional Questions
- Editable Picklist Values
- Conditional Picklist Values (Option Groups)
- True/False questions (no longer limited to disclaimers)
- Customizable Sections
- Every Question is now Customizable.
- Ability to Clone forms.
- Ability to generate Automatic Embedded Code.

- Additional fields have been added to TargetX Logs to provide further information for debugging:
- Request Id represents the unique Salesforce Transaction Id and allows the system to correlate multiple log records to a single transaction.
- Quiddity provides information about the transaction context.

Engage
VERSION 2206.4
A new field has been added to the Activity object to track the status of SMS messages sent in Salesforce. For additional information, see Signing up for Engage meetings and alerts.

Retention

Updates to Retention code have been added to address Salesforce Security Review changes. All features/functions remain the same.

Group Assignment
BASE VERSION 2206.11
- (CL-1650) Group Assignment Async setting was causing field values to revert.
- (CL-1662) Saving Groups was causing duplication of Assignment Group Members.
Payment Connector
VERSION 2206.0
- (CL-1494) Additional TX Logging has been added for the responseHandlerClass. For additional information, see: Do Payment Connector errors get logged in TargetX Logging?
Events
VERSION 2206.3
- (CL-1454) Available Appointment Times were displaying out of order in the Student view.
Engage
VERSION 2206.4
- (CL-1252) Contact Matching was not working properly
- The system was not identifying matches due to different phone number formatting.
- The system only returned a match based on the last field evaluated when multiple sign-in fields were used.
- (CL-1496) Multiple SMS notifications were sent to students.
Online Application
VERSION 2206.4
- (CL-1460) Supplemental forms setup with Recommendation cards were displaying disabled recommendations.
- (CL-1478) Screen readers could not detect if a selection were made in the School Picker.
- (CL-1520) Hidden checkbox fields on Online Application forms were not updating correctly. This issue has been corrected except for child records (Test, Relationship (v1), and extracurricular Activity).
- (CL-1571) Application picklist labels were overlapping the Please select an option label.
- (CL-1644) Corrected a security vulnerability related to the Application Print Preview feature.
Communities
VERSION 2206.0
- (CL-1528) Accessibility: When signing into communities with an invalid username/password, the error is displayed and read by the screen reader as expected, but it is unclear to the user where the focus is afterward.
