Configuring Export Destinations

This page applies to the CSU Transfer Planner Community College Portal. 

Overview

CSU Transfer Planner provides several options to download the exports you create. Aside from directly downloading exports to your computer, you can have your files sent to the online destination of your choice. Through the Export Destinations feature, you can establish where you'd like your exports to be sent.

Configuring an SFTP Destination

If you use IP whitelisting on your SFTP, you'll need to add the following IP addresses:

  • 34.236.56.236
  • 52.201.147.233
  • 54.156.209.141
  • 52.203.59.228
  • 54.92.250.34

To configure your SFTP destination:

  1. Using the Navigation Menu, click Settings.
  2. Under the Import/Export section, click Export Destinations.
  3. Click Link SFTP Account.
  4. Enter your SFTP account information. You can obtain this from your SFTP provider.
  5. If desired, you can enable the Encrypt with a Public PGP key option. If activated, enter your PGP key information.
  6. Click Create SFTP Destination to save your template or click Export Destinations to discard your template.

Configuring a Webhook

  1. Using the Navigation Menu, click Settings.
  2. Under the Import/Export section, click Export Destinations.
  3. Click Add Webhook.
  4. Enter your webhook data. If needed, consult your endpoint service documentation for this information and for help testing your webhook settings.
  5. If desired, you can enable the Encrypt with a Public PGP key option. If activated, enter your PGP key information.
  6. Click Create SFTP Destination to save your template or click Export Destinations to discard your template.

Configuring an Amazon S3 Destination

  1. Using the Navigation Menu, click Settings.
  2. Under the Import/Export section, click Export Destinations.
  3. Click Add S3.
  4. Enter your Amazon S3 information.
  5. If desired, you can enable the Encrypt with a Public PGP key option. If activated, enter your PGP key information.
  6. Click Create SFTP Destination to save your template or click Export Destinations to discard your template.
