New Aggregate Activity Details and Client Demographic Reports
This enhancement is available for use by Time2Track and Compact2Learn.
Institutional administrators can access two new reports, both available under the Analytics section. You can designate users who will receive an automatic email with these reports once the reports generate.
These reports replace the Aggregate Training Report and provide a more flexible output of the data for various analyses. Additionally, the pivot tables provide summary data that you can edit and adjust as needed.
- Aggregate Activity Details report (.xlsx): this report includes activity details for all trainees (i.e., students). This report contains two worksheets: the first worksheet has activity details data and the second worksheet has a pivot table to view total hours logged for various criteria.
- Aggregate Client Demographics report (.xlsx): this report includes client data from activities for all trainees (i.e., students). This report contains six worksheets: the first worksheet has individual demographics data, the second worksheet has group demographics data, and the remaining worksheets have pivot tables to view total hours logged for various criteria on the individual demographics data.
WebAdMIT Enhancements
Local Status Color More Prominent on Designations by Local Status Panel
This enhancement is automatically available for use by all CASs and participating programs. No action is required on the part of any association, school, or program. Contact your Account Manager for more information.

The Designations by Local Status panel on the Dashboard displays the Local Status color selection behind the full Local Status row. Previously, the color appeared next to the Local Status name. This enhancement recreates some of the display formatting from the old user interface and visualizes the Local Status color more easily.

SFTP Features in Prelaunch Environment
This enhancement is automatically available for use by all CASs and participating programs. No action is required on the part of any association, school, or program. Contact your Account Manager for more information.

SFTP (Secure File Transfer Protocol) allows you to transfer export and report files from WebAdMIT to your institution's servers, such as a Student Information System (SIS), Slate, TargetX, Enrollment Marketing, or other SFTP servers. You can access the SFTP features, including the Schedule Manager and Destination Manager, in WebAdMIT’s prelaunch environment, a separate environment for testing features and new workflows. This enhancement allows you to test your SFTP configurations in the prelaunch environment before building them in the live production environment.

Shared Lookup Table Updates for Spring 2023 |
March 6, 2023 |
Many fields in the Applicant Portal contain predefined answer values that applicants can select; for example, the Country and County fields both have predefined answer values. These values are housed in shared "lookup tables" which are viewable in your CAS's/UniCAS's data dictionary (located under the Help panel in WebAdMIT). Lookup table change requests should be sent to your Account Manager, who will compile and review these requests prior to inclusion in the next lookup table update taking place this fall. The deadline to submit change requests was November 1, 2022. New lookup table values will appear in the Applicant Portal on March 6, 2023 (subject to change). You can view the upcoming lookup value changes on the Shared Lookup Table Updates for Spring 2023 page. |
