Go-Live Checklist

Overview

In preparation for application review, we recommend completing the following key tasks in the order listed.

It is highly recommended that the Program Manager/Coordinator and Program Director set up a time to meet and review the portals together prior to October 1.

Preparation Tasks

We recommend you complete these tasks in June/July. 

Task Role
Review the Applicant Quick Start Guide to get familiar with the application.  PD/PM/PC, Faculty

Review the Program Portal Quick Start Guide to get familiar with application review basics.

Access the sandbox environment to test any features of interest.  PD/PM/PC

Configuration Tasks

We recommend you complete these tasks in July/August. 

Task Role

Log in to the live (i.e., production) environment and set up key application review tools, including:

PD/PM/PC
In the live environment, configure roles (i.e., permissions and data visibility).  PD/PM/PC

In the live environment, add all new users

PD/PM/PC

Begin training faculty on your workflows.
