August '22 Release Notes
This release includes enhancements for Base, Portal, Payment Connector, Email, Events, and Engage and defect fixes for Portal, Events, Engage, Online Application, and Applicant Dashboard. For details on the benefits of upgrading, see: August '22 - Why should I upgrade?
New Features and Enhancements
Base
VERSION 2208.18
- A new tool will run during the Base package installation to update old URLs in Community Theme Related Sites records to work with Enhanced Domains. For more information, see Updating Base/Communities for Enhanced Domains.
- The interface in TX Forms for Option Groups and Conditions was updated.
Portal
BASE VERSION 2208.18
- The CK Editor was updated to version 4.x in Portal Builder.
- A new tool can update old URLs to work with Enhanced Domains. For more information, see Updating Portals for Enhanced Domains.
Payment Connector
- Documentation is available on updating Payment Connector records to work with Enhanced Domains. For more information, see Updating Payment Connectors for Enhanced Domains.

Events

- The CK Editor was updated to version 4.x in Travel Planner.

Engage
VERSION 2208.5
- The interface now honors Advisor permissions:
- Advisors can no longer create Rooms.
- Advisors can access all Active/Inactive rooms in which they are added.
- Engage Room Settings are not available to Advisors.
- The interface now honors Admin permissions:
- Only Admins can create Rooms.
- Engage Room Settings will only be available for Admins.
- The logic for determining Engage Advisors or Admins has been updated:
- For the system to consider a User, an Advisor, the assigned Permission Set label must contain the text: Engage Advisor.
- For the system to consider a User an Admin, the assigned Permission Set label must contain the text: Engage Admin.
TX Print
*NO INSTALL NEEDED*
- Users can now deactivate Print Jobs in TX Print. Marking a job as inactive moves the job from the main Print Jobs list to an Inactive Jobs list for better organization.

Portal
BASE VERSION 2208.18
- (CL-1474) When a user withdraws an application, screen readers read the options as Cancel/Save instead of Yes/No.
- (CL-1476) When a user withdrew an application, the contrast on the No button was insufficient for accessibility
- (CL-1477) Screen readers read the number and the percent sign as two different items.
Events
VERSION 2208.6
- (CL-1543) Errors occurred when users registered for a Primary Event with unlimited attendees and a Sub Event with a set limit.
- (CL-1671) Accessibility issue: Sub Events could not be checked using a keyboard.
- (CL-1703) The SingleEventRegistrationURL on the Events settings page was not long enough to accommodate Enhanced Domain URLs.
Engage
VERSION 2208.5
- (CL-894) Engage packaged permission sets did not match the requirements listed in the Permission Viewer.
- (CL-1497) The Check-In poster image was disappearing on refresh.
- (CL-1587) Multiple Advisors were able to pick up the same student from a queue.
- (CL-1657) The Front Desk Note would disappear when a user selected Next Session.
Online Application
VERSION 2208.4
- (CL-1205) Review your Recommendation was displayed on the header bar after a recommendation had been submitted.
- (CL-1367) Online Application Recommendations were not advancing to the next card when a user clicked Continue.
- (CL-1430) Date fields set as required on the Online Application were displayed red as soon as the application form was opened.
- (CL-1401) Two Ukraine states were being saved with an incorrect spelling even though the label was correct (Rivnens'ka oblast andTernopil's'ka oblast).
- (CL-1475) The Edit link when Reviewing an Application did not change color when a user hovered over it.
- (CL-1502) The Application widget was converting the Create Date to GMT time.
- (CL-1556) The Application Fee Payment Received field was incorrectly set to False.
- (CL-1586) Picklists that had not been edited were no longer displaying 'Please select an option 'to the user.
- (PD-4651) The Hidden Checkbox field was not updating from True to False for Contact and Application objects.
Applicant Dashboard
VERSION 2208.4
- (CL-955) When multiple Community Themes contained similar names (I.e., My Theme 1, My Theme 2), both themes were treated as Active themes for the Community.
- (CL-1476) When a user withdrew an application, the contrast on the No button was insufficient for accessibility.
