   Events

Version 2308.2

• Appointment Scheduler has a brand-new user experience for students! This is a massive visual upgrade to nearly every page in the scheduling appointment flow. For details, see Understanding How Students Schedule Appointments and Interviews in the New UI and New Appointment Scheduler Student-facing Experience FAQ.
• You can edit information for upcoming appointments from the Appointment calendar by selecting the Edit button on the Appointment Details page. For details, see Editing Appointments. 
• You can filter modalities using URL Parameters to restrict available options when a student schedules an appointment. For details, see Restricting Appointment Options Using URL Parameters. 
• The Community Theme record includes new fields for Appointment Scheduler logos so administrators can set specific logos for the student-facing Appointment Scheduler site. Visit the latest Upgrade Guides from the TargetX User Community to learn how to apply these new fields.

Version 2308.0

• The Appointment detailed view on the Engagement tab in Student Success Center has been updated to display the same fields as Appointment Calendar appointments.

Engage (Version 2308.0)

• (CL-1952) The ‘Return to Queue’ option will work with any variation of Student Sign-in fields. Previously, this option only worked if Engage Room Settings used the default Sign-in fields. 

Events (Version 2308.2)

• (CL-1947) Recurring events display the correct day of the week in the summary. Previously, the summary for recurring event details displayed the wrong day of the week.

Online Application (Version 2308.0)

• (CL-1940) A new application record is always created when users start a new application. Previously, the system would update an existing application record when the One Application Per Term setting was enabled.
• (CL-1935) All Valid dates can be entered on Online Applications. Previously, dates prior to 1/5/1970 generated invalid date errors.
