Version 2403.0

(CL-2091) Users cannot submit an application without payment when the Enable Payment after Submit is disabled. Previously, you could submit your application without payment even if the Enable Payment after Submit was disabled.
(CL-2095) The submit confirmation page is displayed after submitting a supplemental form. Previously, you were directed to a payment page after submitting a supplemental form when Enable Payment after Submit is enabled.

(CL-2001) App Config builder retains the order of elements. Previously, the builder would reorder elements when you moved items.
(CL-2045) Validation messages disappear when a record is added and then removed. Previously, validations would continue to display when a record was added and removed.
(CL-2047) Recommendation forms with multiple uploads will display as expected. Previously, only one upload field would display when a Recommendation form included multiple uploads.
(CL-2065) You change recommenders before a recommendation record has been saved in the Online application. Previously, the system would generate an error when you clicked Change Recommender before saving.

(CL-1991) Recommendation forms with multiple attachments display all file upload fields. Previously, recommendation forms would not display all the file upload fields when a form contained multiple attachments.
(CL-1997) Using the ‘enter’ key advances the user to the next card in the application. Previously, using the ‘enter’ key on the online application would cause the application to scroll up.
(CL-2000) Picklist options based on Option Groups using an autocomplete field will display the correct list of values. Previously, picklist values were not displaying correctly when the autocomplete field value changed.
(CL-2007) Reusable forms that are hidden will not add additional space between cards. Previously, when a hidden reusable form was included on an Application, additional gray space was visible between cards.

(CL-1959) The Salesforce fields for Gender Identity and Pronoun are now available when building Online Applications. Previously, you could not include these fields when building application forms.
(CL-1960) Text on Elements aligns consistently. Previously, text on Elements was indented following Attachments.
(CL-1976) When reordering elements in a new form, buttons in Form Builder are enabled. Previously, the buttons became unresponsive when elements were reordered using drag and drop.

(CL-1940) A new application record is always created when users start a new application. Previously, the system would update an existing application record when the One Application Per Term setting was enabled.
(CL-1935) All Valid dates can be entered on Online Applications. Previously, dates prior to 1/5/1970 generated invalid date errors.

(CL-1646) Users can map different labels to the same value in a picklist field. Previously, setting picklist options groups would break the ability to map different labels to the same value.
(CL-1902) Fields used in visibility conditions are not affected after the student saves the application. Previously, fields used in visibility conditions were updated to blank values.
(CL-1903) Elements, fields, and attachments display based on the updated visibility condition field values. Previously, elements, fields, and attachments did not display as expected based on visibility conditions.
