Accessibility updates to support ALT text for images and HTML elements.
The App Form Inventory Tool has been updated:
- Application forms will display on separate pages if there are more than 50.
- A toggle has been added to Show/ Hide All Criteria.
- Clicking the link for a field name for a picklist, radio button, multipicklist, or multicheckbox field will open a new Visualforce page [ApplicationFormFieldOptions] that will display the option label, option values, and conditions for the option values (if it exists).

Changes were made to the Application Custom Setting (PDF Snapshot Settings) that limits the number of times a snapshot will try to generate. If you have an issue with snapshots generating, please contact support to adjust Custom Settings. For more information, see Enabling Auto-Generated Application Snapshots.
Administrators can now choose whether to send Recommendation Request emails before or after submitting Applications. For more information, see Delaying Recommender Response emails until AFTER a student submits their application.

This release includes new “stripped down” layouts for every custom TargetX object in Online Application to facilitate restricting access to Salesforce pages in Communities.
A new Validation Rule has been added to the Enrollment History object to prevent users with a Community User license type or Community User profile from modifying Enrollment History records after the “Official Transcripts Received” field is set to “true.”
A new Validation Rule has been added to the Test object to prevent users with a Community User license type or Community User profile from modifying Test records after the “Official Scores?” field is set to “true”.

Applicants can submit payments AFTER submitting an Application in Online Application and Applicant Dashboard. This is designed to increase application completion rates by providing a more industry-standard flow, where payment is the last step. The setting is configurable on Application Forms.
A new Application Form Migration Tool allows Administrators to migrate Application Forms from Sandboxes to Production with the automated tool, built into the Online Application package.
