Payment Connector

Version 2505.0

Recruitment Manager

Version 2505.0

  • The Recruitment Manager package no longer includes an installation script for updating access keys. Previously, this script caused issues with data rollups from Source to Master, as well as errors in Flow, Process Builder, and Workflow, or validation rule failures. You can run the script manually from Base Custom Settings, with options to limit it by object and create dates. For details, see Configuring Base Custom Settings.
TX Forms

Base Version 2505.1

  • Custom URL redirects let you define the destination for an embedded form, enabling you to tailor the redirect for forms placed on your website.
  • Newly added questions now appear expanded in the builder view, making it easier to create and configure your form elements.
  • Saved Responses allow you to view responses collected on your form(s), related to the specific form version. This enables you to review an original response to a form and resubmit a form if needed. For details, see Creating TX Forms.
    • A new object, Form Response (TargetX_Base__Form_Response__c), was added to support the Saved Responses feature.
  • New fields were added to the Configuration object to support the display of the Forms list view information:
    • Form List Created By (Form_List_Created_By__c)
    • Form List Created Date (Form_List_Created_Date__c)
    • Form List Modified Date (Form_List_Modified_Date__c)
    • Last Modified Version Rollup (Last_Modified_Version_Rollup__c)
    • Most Recent Publish Date (Most_Recent_Publish_Date__c)
TargetX Resolved Defects

Application Review (Version 2505.0)

  • (CL-2322) Picklist (Dropdown) field types retain their selected values when you exit and return to an Application Review. Previously, Picklist (Dropdown) field types did not retain and display the selected value.
  • (CL-2328) Score fields cannot be updated after clicking Submit. Previously, if you modified a score field after submitting but before being redirected, the updated score would be saved.

Communication Planner (2505.0)

  • (CL-2375) Link tracking works properly when “Track click-throughs in message” is enabled for Quick Messages. Previously, link tracking did not work for Quick Messages.
  • (CL-2381) Activity center reflects Quick Message sends. Previously, Quick Messages were not bieng displayed in the Activity Center.
  • (CL-2393) Sending an email to each child object record associated to a Contact sends a single email. Previously, the tool is deduplicating the sends.
  • (CL-2396) Emailed sent using alternate email send as expected. Previously, sending was inconsistent for alternate email addresses.

Engage (Version 2505.0)

  • (CL-2231) Engage rooms with thousands of event records for a specific advisor display without errors. Previously, attempting to access Engage rooms from Salesforce for a specific advisor with 50,000+ event records caused an error.

Events (Version 2505.0)

  • (CL-2290) Redirect links to other event registration pages now display correctly. Previously, these links failed to load.
  • (CL-2331) Registering for an event with sub-events on an iPhone allows the selection of all sub-events. Previously, users could not select more than three sub-events.

Online Application (Version 2505.1)

  • (CL-2316) You can edit an application form with more than twelve reusable forms in an Org with hundreds of reusable forms without error. Previously, updating a master (non-reusable) application form in Form Builder under these conditions caused an error.
  • (CL-2337) You can now start a new application for Application Forms using the form migration tool. Previously, after upgrading to the February '25 release, this was not possible.
  • (CL-2343) An application cannot be submitted without completing all required fields. Previously, it was possible to submit an application if an incomplete required field with a visibility condition was displayed on a card.
  • (CL-2351) Application forms with reusable cards save data correctly when the Erase Hidden Fields setting is disabled. Previously, data in hidden fields was not saved under this setting.

Payment Connector (Version 2505.0)

  • (CL-2338) The Nelnet HPP payment connector now processes payments without error. Previously, selecting Pay Now would result in an error.

Retention (Version 2505.0)

  • (CL-2057) The Retention Settings Visualforce page includes an example with a valid field API name. Previously, the example referred to a non-existent field.
  • (CL-2300) Email options for creating an advising record in the Student Success Center display correctly. Previously, when a large number of email templates existed, an "Apex CPU time limit exceeded" error would occur.

TX Forms (Base Version 2505.1)

  • (CL-2332) The Address Widget in TX Forms supports selecting a subset of fields. Previously, all address fields were required to be included.

May '25 Update

Applicant Dashboard (Version 2505.16)

  • (CL-2051) After the application deadline, the Supplemental form is no longer accessible. Previously, users could open the form, answer questions, and upload attachments, but they were unable to save or submit their responses.
  • (CL-2465) Users can now start a new application. Previously, the Start New button was hidden if they had multiple applications past the deadline.

Portal (Base Version 2505.61)

  • (CL-2051) After the application deadline, the Supplemental form is no longer accessible. Previously, users could open the form, answer questions, and upload attachments, but they were unable to save or submit their responses.
  • (CL-2442) Merge fields containing an ampersand (&) now display correctly. Previously, merge fields with an ampersand did not display properly.
  • (CL-2465) Users can now start a new application. Previously, the Start New button was hidden if they had multiple applications past the deadline.
  • (PD-7047) Portal uses the latest moment-timezone library to provide up-to-date time zone data to take advantage of recent fixes and performance improvements. Previously, an outdated library caused the Portal to display incorrect time zone abbreviations.

TX Forms (Base Version 2505.61)

  • (CL-2355) The color of links in a form’s description now meets ADA standards. Previously, student-facing links failed WCAG 1.4.3, creating a Title II ADA violation.
  • (CL-2404) Reordering visible and hidden fields does not cause hidden field values to blank out and does not change the mapped field settings. Previously, when you moved a question up or down, the object/field sometimes changed to a different object/field.
  • (CL-2405) TX Forms now submit data properly and load as expected in the Portal when accessed via a link or when viewing an embedded TX Form using the Portal URL. Previously, forms failed to open and displayed a “Form currently not available” message.
  • (CL-2407, CL-2408) TX Forms successfully submit when they include a single hidden contact field with prefill and matching enabled, along with a child object to be submitted. Previously, TX Forms required at least one Contact question to submit.
  • (PD-6902) Forms that contain only a draft version can now be deleted. Previously, TX Forms could not be deleted even if they only had draft versions. For details, see Deleting a TX Form.
  • (PD-6904) Hidden fields using URL prefill do not require a default value. Previously, forms couldn’t be saved unless a default value was provided whenever a hidden field had URL prefill enabled.
  • (PD-7149) When reordering Hidden Fields or Picklist/Multi-Picklist fields on TX Forms, the mappings remain intact, focus behaves correctly, and questions are neither overwritten nor duplicated. Previously, reordering these fields could cause mappings to become stuck, focus to highlight multiple questions, and questions to be overwritten or duplicated.
  • (PD-7152) Clicking Edit Draft or View Published now navigates to the Details tab instead of the Content tab, and enabling the Publish toggle button also automatically switches to the Details tab, whereas previously neither action directed users correctly.

Online Application (Version 2505.29)

  • (CL-2304) You can add or delete attachments on Recommendation Response forms without encountering console errors, and the changes display correctly to the user. Previously, uploaded attachments remained visible in the online application after using Save and Continue, even though they had been removed in Salesforce.
  • (CL-2392) The Save & Publish button only appears when a user makes changes. Previously, the Save & Publish button appeared on Application Forms even when no edits had been made.
  • (CL-2414) Online Application deadlines display correctly. Previously, deadlines appeared one day early.
  • (CL-2447) When viewing Decision Letters on an iPhone using Safari, the Close and Reply To Offer buttons stay anchored at the bottom of the page. Previously, these buttons did not remain fixed and would block portions of the letter when users scrolled.
  • (CL-2457) Erase Hidden Fields works correctly. Previously, when this feature was enabled, a field or question with visibility conditions based on another field would not have its value erased in Salesforce after being shown, saved, hidden, and saved again.
  • (CL-2463) Applications can be completed and submitted without errors. Previously, the application would freeze at various points and remain stuck in a ‘saving’ state, preventing users from progressing or submitting.
  • (CL-2465) Users can now start a new application. Previously, the Start New button was hidden if they had multiple applications past the deadline.
  • (CL-2481) Students can now start, submit, and complete payments for applications when the due date is today. Previously, if the End Date: Application and End Date: New Application were set to the current date, students were unable to start an application for that term.
  • (PD-7091) Submitted applications display the correct icons and messages. Previously, applications with past deadlines and no published decision all appeared as ‘Deadline Has Passed.’
  • (PD-7147) A new setting, Disable Query of Standard Objects, prevents queries to standard Salesforce objects—except for Contact and Account—from the online application, adding an extra layer of security to your application forms. For details, see Configuring Online Application Settings.
