Faculty Early Alerts Overview

Faculty Early Alerts provide an easy way for your Faculty members to provide early alerts and kudos from their roster, so advisors can take appropriate action/intervention. 

Administrators can configure Faculty Early Alerts via TargetX Builder:

Administrators can:

• Configure Notifications and Email Settings.
• Create the types of Alerts & Kudos that can be assigned by Faculty members.
• Set up Email Notifications to students when alerts or kudos are submitted by Faculty.

Faculty members complete the following from their Roster page:

• View their Students/Courses for the Current Term.
• Create Alerts/Kudos for their students
• Add and Share Comments
• View previously submitted Alerts/Kudos submitted by them for each student in the Roster 

Advisors can complete the following in the Student Success Center or from the Advising tab:

• View Student’s and Alerts
• Create Alerts/Kudos for their students
• Add and Share Comments
• View Alerts/Kudos created by Faculty and other staff 
• Close Alerts and Notify Faculty or Alert Creator when they close an Alert
