February '23 Release Notes

This release includes enhancements for  EngageEventsOnline ApplicationPayment Connector, Permission Scanner, and TX Forms and defect fixes for Applicant Dashboard, Data Management, Events, Online Application, Recruitment Manager, Surveys and TX Forms. For details on the benefits of upgrading, see: February '23  - Why should I upgrade?

Events

  • The No Show field is now available on the Organization Events record so users can indicate the status on the Attendee List.

Online Application

VERSION 2302.3

  • The Online Application (Site User) Permission scanner definition was updated to include Contact create permissions and Email field edit permissions.
  • Accessibility updates to support ALT text for images and HTML elements.
  • The App Form Inventory Tool has been updated:
    • Application forms will display on separate pages if there are more than 50. 
    • A toggle has been added to Show/ Hide All Criteria.
    • Clicking the link for a field name for a picklist, radio button, multipicklist, or multicheckbox field will open a new Visualforce page [ApplicationFormFieldOptions] that will display the option label, option values, and conditions for the option values (if it exists).

Known Issue

  • A defect (CL-1866) has been identified that prevents Visibility Conditions from working properly in the February '23 Online Application package. The package has been removed until a fix can be made available.

Permission Scanner

  • Permission Scanner will remove all previous permissions when a permission set is deleted and re-created. All the existing assignments will remain.

Resolved Defects

Applicant Dashboard

VERSION 2302.0

  • (CL-1798) Prevent Multiple Applications was not working properly when only one App Configuration existed.

Data Management

VERSION 2302.0

  • (PD-373) The Students with Applications report type from the Data Management package incorrectly included Students with or without Applications.

Events

VERSION 2302.12

  • (CL-1802) Appointment Scheduler scheduling options were not working correctly when using URL parameters.
  • (CL-1830) The Staff profile option for the No Show Follow-up Email template contained a misspelling.
  • (CL-1841) When an Event had start and end dates that crossed Daylight Savings, End Dates were displayed incorrectly.

Online Application

VERSION 2302.3

  • (CL-1771) Visibility conditions based on date fields only worked if the date field was editable on the form.
  • (CL-1797) Enrollment History School/Account autocomplete information was removed when an Application was refreshed.
  • (CL-1798) Prevent Multiple Applications was not working properly when only one App Configuration existed.
  • (CL-1804) Picklist fields containing a question with a blank value prevented application submission.
  • (CL-1816) Address widgets on child object cards were not displaying previously saved values.
  • (CL-1818) Attachments on Contact cards were not displaying previously uploaded files.
  • (CL-1832) Saving a section at the end of a card no longer automatically takes the user to the next card.

Recruitment Manager

  • (CL-1809) Duplicate checking was incorrectly generating TargetX Logs for the Events Site Guest User.
  • (CL-1570) Application Requirements Manager:
    • The Related To field on Checklist items was only populated when a requirement was first linked to the Checklist Item but not with subsequent updates.
    • The Related To field on Checklist items was blank if First Name and Last Name were not required on a Recommendation.
    • The Related To field on Enrollment History Checklist items was not being updated.

Surveys

VERSION 2302.0

  • (CL-1774) Users couldn’t view Survey Responses due to an error.

TX Forms

BASE VERSION 2302.17

  • (CL-1785) TargetX Logs were not being created when a field was missing from permissions for Inquiry forms.
