Quadrant 4: Program Materials
Overview
The Program Materials quadrant of the CAS application is where applicants can complete your program-specific requirements, including answering questions, uploading documents, and reporting prerequisites. Review each section below to learn where to find the data on the Applicant Details Page. The Reviewing the Applicant Details Page article also provides a brief summary of the panel and any available features.
Note that your Work Group permissions may affect the panels you can see. If you need access to one of these panels, contact your institution manager.
Using Field and Field Grouping Data
Applicant Portal Sections
Questions
This data is located in the Custom Questions panel. You can access these fields in the Program Questions: Question Block field grouping, where "Program" is your program name and "Question Block" is the name of the question block (e.g., Demo University Questions: Additional Questions field grouping, etc.).
Documents
This data is located in the Documents panel, Applicant Uploaded Documents Program Level subpanel. You can access these documents in the PDF Manager, Program Level Applicant Uploaded Document type.
Letters of Recommendation (i.e., Evaluation, Reference)
This data is located in the Evaluations panel. You can access these fields in the Evaluators field grouping. Additionally, you can access these documents in the PDF Manager, Electronically Submitted Evaluation document type.
Kira Assessment
This data is located in the Video Interview panel. You can access these fields in the Kira Assessment field grouping.
Prerequisites
This data is located in the Prerequisite GPAs panel and GPA Overview, By Prerequisite GPA subpanel. You can access the Prerequisite GPA in the Prerequisite GPA field grouping and the prerequisite courses through the Report Manager, Prerequisite Courses report.
SlideRoom
This data is located in the SlideRoom Application panel. You can access these fields in the SlideRoom field grouping.
