WIP Recruitment Manager Overview

Introduction

The TargetX Recruitment Suite empowers admissions teams to build stronger relationships with prospects by leveraging best-of-breed communication tools that automatically track student engagement throughout the recruitment cycle, all in one comprehensive CRM. The Recruitment Suite includes numerous tools:

  • Application Review Tool (ART) enables users to easily annotate and delegate applications to different reviewers, and get admission decisions to students faster.
  • Application Requirements Manager (ARM) enables the requirements for an application to be created and managed automatically.
  • Data Imports seamlessly import large volumes of related records into the CRM from sources like search lists, test scores, or application data.
  • Email enables users to build emails with an easy drag-and-drop editor, mobile preview, audience segmentation, and campaign automation.
  • Events Management streamlines events with mobile-first registration forms, customized registration confirmation pages, and more.
  • TX Forms facilitates the creation of web forms for inquiries and events that record submission data on the student record in real time.
  • Online Application is a mobile-first online app that allows students to start or complete their application from any device.
  • TX Print is a tool for printing letters, envelopes, and address labels. Users can also use this tool to easily build, test and print decision letters.
  • Student Portal allows users to easily create an engaging experience for constituents that is tailored and targeted. You can deliver content and targeted messages to your constituents and publish to a Community.
  • Telemarketing facilitates the Launch and tracking of personalized call campaigns from birthdays to application follow-ups with queues and analytics.
  • Territory Assignments enable the creation of prospect groupings based on any criteria and automatically assign to recruiters.
  • Text Messaging using TX SMS allows users to set up multiple inboxes and manage individual and bulk message sends from the TX SMS tool using a Salesforce or TargetX login. TX SMS is a self-service tool powered by Twilio, our messaging provider.
  • Travel Planner enables users to build and manage their counselors' travel itineraries as they attend off-campus admissions events throughout the year.

Activity Timeline

Displays Tasks and Emails for All User Activities by Default

App

A collection of components, such as tabs, reports, dashboards, and pages that address a specific business need. Examples: Email, Events.

Checklist Items Individual records for a given application's requirements, with their completion status. 
Contact The Student record. Includes basic contact, biographic, and demographic information.

CRM

Customer Relationship Management: A system to manage data and information for building and cultivating relationships.

Object

A Database table such as Accounts, Contacts. Standard vs Custom objects.

Org Organization: an instance of the Salesforce platform that is unique to your institution.

Profile Builder (Source to Master)

Enables the set up of roll-up fields to mirror data stored on the Enrollment History object, Test Object, Inquiry Object and Application Object into roll-up fields on the Contact/Student Object.

For example, if the student has multiple applications, you can display the most recent application decision on the Contact object.

Record

 A single instance of an object. For example, John Smith's Contact record.

Roles and Contextual Scoping

Constituency Roles deliver a field, Role, on the Contact object that allows Sharing rules to be enforced to control record-level access and identify groups for communications.

Salesforce

An open platform on which TargetX is built.

Tab

A link to a specific piece of functionality.
